Luxus Service Split checks your property every 14 days. In the event of storms immediately afterwards! Your property is regularly aired and checked for its overall condition. i.e. the roof, doors, windows, shutters and lines are all checked.

The watering of all plants in the living area is included. Your apartment/property will be prepared for the arrival of your guests. The handing over of the keys and the check out on departure will be done for you.

Full cleaning and laundry service is assured. (If you don’t have any devices in your property, extra costs will apply).

Cleaning your pool is included in the package. After the season, a thorough cleaning takes place.

We take care of stress-free telephone conversations with: city administration, energy suppliers (HEP), telephone providers, gas suppliers, water suppliers, insurance companies, furniture or car importers and craftsmen. Additional costs apply for on-site appointments.
We are available by phone from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. for your concerns. In case of urgency also around the clock! When you visit your property, a personal meeting and discussion is included.

At the end of each month you will receive a brief report on the condition of your property. We list for you which work on the object is pending and should be done.
